					<description>i remember calling the accomodation services before i came to sheffield uni to ask them whether i can change my accomodation. the simple answer was "no". and only thing they did was tell me to look for houses in the private sector.

now that im here in sheffield, i've realised that customer service in sheffield university is truly crap.</description>
